HSFCA Folk & Traditional Arts grants call
Attached is the page from our January enews, announcing the 2014 and 2015 Folk & Traditional Arts Grants. Deadline is postmark March 4, 2013. Grants materials will be put on our website under FORMS. I think our web contractor will do it on Saturday. You are also welcome to email me and I can email the materials to you.
Grantees in 2012/2013 must wait out this round. Grantees from 2011 or earlier can apply. I highly recommend that new applicants contact me to discuss their project application. Funds are very limited and priority will of course be given to excellent applications, but traditional arts and cultures that are not widely available or have low participation in HSFCA grants will also be seriously considered.
For the Culture Learning Grant, nonprofit organizations that do not currently have a grant or project contract with us, must meet eligibility requirements. Please contact me to discuss this first step before you submit an application.
